Ratings and Reviews
Rolling for muscle soreness
I do a lot of different workouts, hiit, running, so I needed a good roller. Overall very satisfied with this yoga strong roller. Works really well for muscle soreness!
I really love this mat. Love the packaging. It’s not only colorful but it’s the perfect length and it’s padded just right. It will give you a arm workout because it’s heavy.
She loves it!
I got a Yoga Strong Mat & Roller recently for my yoga and mat pilates classes, but someone else seems to like the mat too and is always stealing it! haha
I guess I need another one? 😅
I definitely recommend these mats! They’re super supportive and cushiony without it affecting my balance or practice. And it really is just so pretty, and the sweat doesn’t soak into the mat either!
I love my mat so much!! It’s so fun and honestly brightens up my day, I use it pretty much everyday and can’t wait to buy another!
