The Yoga Strong Roller is tough on muscle tension, but not the kind of massage where you wear bed sheets and the lights are dimmed. Think of the Yoga Strong Roller as a little torture pet…for your muscles that is.

10/10
This foam roller is a real game changer. The foam is firm enough to really get into those tight muscles and knots, but not so hard that you feel like you're being beaten by a tire iron. And the size is just right - big enough to cover a lot of ground, but not so bulky that it's a pain to store.
Post-Bike Rolling
i ride my bike on the weekend so my quads get really tight, so i make sure i roll out with this roller afterwards and it helps loosen up my legs.
Foam Rolling
First, i got this as a gift for my niece on Goody. But when she called me to tell me how much she loved it, i got one for myself. The blue tie dye is really fun and I roll out so much more now than I used to.
Blue Roller
I bought one bc everyone I know has one and loves theirs
It's a really good roller
Ive had plenty of foam rollers before, but nothing beats this Tilt a Whirl. Strong, sturdy, and looks cool too.
