Return policy
*To be eligible for a return, returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase. Return requests after 30 days are ineligible.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@shopyogastrong.com before sending any items.
Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted and will be discarded.
*Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

All of our products are printed in-house in Los Angeles, so refunds are unavailable.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Final Sale Notice
*Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Due to the high volume of logistics facilities, once an order is placed it is automatically processed and sent to our fulfillment center for packing and shipment. We are unable to intercept or modify the order once it enters this stage.
*Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as wholesale products, special discount offers (50% or higher), and hand-poured products (i.e. Mat Renewal Mist). Any orders that are shown as final sale, clearance, or made to order are excluded from our returns policy.

Exceptions
At Yoga Strong, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that each item meets the highest standards. Since our products are color matched via a manual process, sometimes there are inconsistencies. In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.
Details:
- Any manufacturing defects must be reported before the item is used.
- Defects include issues such as faulty stitching, color/pattern discrepancies, or any noticeable damage that affects the item’s functionality or appearance upon delivery.
- If a defect is identified, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos to help assess the defect.
- If a defect is confirmed, we only offer replacements, no refunds.
Please note that our defect policy only covers issues that arise from the manufacturing process. Defects or damage that are notified after the product has been used are not covered.
