For the damp-handed folks-at last, a mat that works!
I began practicing yoga in 1999 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2018. This is the FIRST mat I have found that lives up to the promise of being sticky. I have mild to moderate hyperbydrosis. A condition characterized by sweaty hands and feet, and THIS MAT WORKS.

I love my new Yoga Strong Mat. It's so pretty to look at but more importantly it provides comfortable suppport.

This yoga mat is fantastic! It completely solved the issue I was having with knee pain — the padding is thick and supportive without being too soft. The texture provides great grip, so I didn’t slide around during my practice. I also love the carrying strap; it fits perfectly and makes the mat easy to transport. One of the best parts? It laid completely flat right out of the box — no curling at the edges. Plus, the colors are beautiful and even better in person!
