WOW! What a difference
Being new to yoga, I didn't really put much thought into a mat, I thought they would all be kind of similar. Boy was I wrong, I found my hands and feet sliding and loosing balance, not good. Then I found yoga strong and what a difference, hands down it has changed my practices, I enjoy hitting the mat and not sliding. Love the feel and colors of my mat. I will be ordering the matching towel. The only downside I have is the off smell, which is getting better.
