Love this mat!
My biggest issue with other mats I had was that they stretched out when I was in down dog. Drove me insane. This one is better than a sticky mat and it doesn’t stretch! Have had a few yogis at my studio ask me about it too. My soul dog that passed on recently was named Daisy so having this print on my mat makes my soul happy.

What do those dots on the backside of the towel do?
The silicone nubs on the backside purposefully grip any surface they come into contact with, thereby giving you freedom of movement on your Yoga Strong Towel without sliding or bunching up. Whether your towel is on top of your mat, or on a carpet, or on a hardwood floor, the silicone nubs will both protect and enhance your movement.
