OMG so inlove with this mat! Soft comfy like a warm blanket supporting me for my practice! My only suggestion is perhaps spray with a lavendar or pepermint oil bc the chemical scent is very off putting when you first use the mat.

What do those dots on the backside of the towel do?
The silicone nubs on the backside purposefully grip any surface they come into contact with, thereby giving you freedom of movement on your Yoga Strong Towel without sliding or bunching up. Whether your towel is on top of your mat, or on a carpet, or on a hardwood floor, the silicone nubs will both protect and enhance your movement.
