Love my sliders and bands!
I love my new mat
When I received the new mat I initially thought the top might be slippery. Today I used it for mat Pilates class and loved the cushion and the grip the mat has on the floor. I found the top was not slippery once my hands and feet were warmed up and started sweating. I have cold feet so wasn’t sure at first but the grip on the top was fantastic. The mat is more expensive, but now feel it was worth the money
Excellent mat
I learned about this mat online and recently ordered it. I used it yesterday for the first time for my yoga practice. I definitely noticed a difference. It provided extra support and comfort. It thus delivered as promised. It will be my partner in my yoga practice for years to come.

I researched mats for months before discovering Yoga Strong. I love everything about this mat! It has just enough cushion and support for my body. It's soft and the length is wonderful! Best part ? WASHABLE!

This mat is fabulous!! I was surprised at how heavy it was when I pulled it out of the box. I’ve always had ‘cheaper’ mats and they always start coming apart and leaving little pieces everywhere in no time. This one is a completely different ‘texture’ and material. It’s no slip, Easy to clean AND the dog hair wipes right off 🤯. I love it!!
